The headache of Houston traffic is a thing of the past for pedestrians, but if driving is a must, I-45, US 59, and SH 288 border midtown so travel throughout the city is still quite easy. There are several newly constructed High-rise condominiums in Midtown along with town homes and detached homes giving the area a wide variety of home purchase options varying from the 100s up to the 400s for some larger, luxury properties.
